
6. Taking advantage of SMS
Why an SMS?
Because it's mandatory in many areas. However, the challenge is to take advantage of the mandatory SMS to avoid the classic duplication syndrome between the SMS on paper for the authorities and controllers, and the real, much less formalized SMS that keeps the company running. This is a trite recommendation, valid for all procedures, but particularly valid for a procedure that should be such an integral part of the company's operations.
