Overview

ABSTRACT

The structuring of the GRAFCET specification language, whether assisted or not by adapted methodologies, may use macro-steps, create a partial GRAFCET partition or integrate hierarchy concepts by situation clamping, or use encapsulating steps. Design approaches are often made by successive points of view, making it possible to retain the three objectives of behavior modeling currently employed. A few applications are proposed, such as for controling a mixer feeder and drying dyed and wound yarn.
