Dental radiology

In addition to the skills acquired by practitioners during their initial training in lectures, tutorials and practical courses, and through their hospital practice, they can also benefit from continuing education initiatives. They also have access to a wealth of national and European documentation.

As with other medical specialties, dentistry has developed technical framework documents for the proper practice of dental radiology. In 2006, for example, the "Guide des indications et des procédures des examens radiologiques en odonto-stomato- logie" (Guide to indications and procedures for radiological examinations in dentistry)
