Constructibility Criteria - A Systemic approach

At a lower level of abstraction, the System for Doing can be modeled by the activities required to develop the future system (System for Doing). The activities of the System for Doing are the concretization in action of the objectives defined above. This is what needs to be done to achieve the project objectives. In fact, the activities meet two constraints: they must meet the objectives of the System for Doing and enable the development of the System for Doing. It is therefore possible to evaluate them using Constructability criteria, as we will see in this section.

System to Do activities can be in the planning, design, realization or verification/validation phase.
