The place in which economic action takes place can be read in two ways. That of geographical position, and that of socio-territorial specificity capable of influencing stakeholders.
In our analysis, place is represented as the sum of the interests of a set of actors, each acting on their own initiative, converging or diverging, capable of influencing other actors, and modifying the place of action through their actions.
The influence of stakeholders is a double loop. They influence the site which, once the various influences have been concentrated, reinfluences the players by conditioning their choices.
