The Catalpa project is part of a 4-year nationwide framework contract with the French Ministry of Defense. The project was developed to meet an urgent need for accommodation for the army, while following a modern and environmental approach. The four-year contract began in 2016. In total, more than 4,600 modules have been produced and delivered across 39 operations (figure 10 ).
