This question has long been the focus of heated debate. For anthropologists and philosophers, it concerns the possible correlation between Culture and Nature. More recently, the debate has been taken to the political level, asking whether man makes the city or the opposite.
The controversy seems difficult to resolve. It is therefore essential to proceed in a different way. The analysis of each entity can undoubtedly lead to new perspectives, provided they are examined from a particular point of view. This is the systems approach, which focuses on the motivations behind interaction.
