Checking communications continuity
ERP fire safety - Technical Instruction No. 250 on monitoring the continuity of radio communications

Under normal operating conditions, checks are carried out on infrastructure areas only, in accordance with the following conditions.

Continuity of radio communication is recognized when link conformity is verified at 80% of verification points at each infrastructure level of the facility.

Checks may include, if necessary, two series of measurements:

• a first series carried out in direct mode (known as "tactical mode") on the entire level from the main emergency access point to the building;

• in the event of non-conformity of level coverage, a series of additional measurements are taken from the nearest access point to the zone...
