1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article N 1)
The provisions of this chapter apply to restaurants, cafés, brasseries, public houses, bars, etc. where the number of people in the public is equal to or greater than one of the following figures:
100 people in the basement;
200 people on floors, galleries and other elevated structures;
200 people in all.
