Actions: forces and torques acting on a structure.
Loads: these represent the forces, torques and moments resulting from external actions. Loads are internal forces, generally calculated at the center of gravity of a structural section.
Stresses: these designate the stresses per unit area of a section, making it possible to measure the intensity of the forces internal to the structure.
