Spectral luminous efficiency
It is the ratio of the energy flux of wavelength λm to the flux of wavelength λ (figure 13), the two radiations producing equally intense luminous sensations under specific photometric conditions and λm being chosen so that the maximum value of this ratio is equal to 1 :
V (λ) for photopic vision (normal eye adapted to luminance levels of at least several candelas per square metre);
