Applied stone wall cladding

Revêtements muraux attachés en pierre mince; applied stone wall cladding

Cladding made of stone slabs fixed to a support, the stability of which is also ensured.

A distinction is made between the following types of wall covering:

• coverings attached with metal staples and duffel bags;

• coatings attached with metal fasteners without polochons ;

• coverings fixed to an intermediate framework.

Clip; clip

Wire, dowel-mounted or embedded in the substrate, encased in a fleece, for fastening thin stone slabs.

Fasteners

Accessories such as metal brackets or dowels, mechanically fixed or embedded in the substrate, for fixing thin stone slabs without polochon.

Polochons; embedded ties

10 cm-diameter studs fill the gap between the stone and the substrate, completely encasing the staple
