Establishments of this type are subject to the provisions of articles CO 4 and CO 8 (sections 1.4 and 2.3 of [TBA 3 002] ); in addition, they must be set back from classified installations by a distance at least equal to the safety distances stipulated by current regulations relating to these installations.
