6. Ventilation and air quality monitoring (article PS 31)
1. Ventilation in covered parking lots must be installed and monitored in such a way as to effectively prevent even local stagnation of noxious or flammable gases.
In accordance with the provisions of article PS 18 (§ 4.1.1), ventilation and smoke extraction systems can be shared.
2. The outlets and ducts for exhausting air from park ventilation and, where applicable, emergency generator exhaust gases, are installed in accordance with the provisions of article PS 18 (§ 4.1.4.2.2).
Park air is not used to ventilate other premises.
Where there is an operations room or security station in the park, it is equipped with an independent mechanical ventilation system.
