ERP fire safety – Type X establishments - Indoor sports facilities

§ 1 The provisions of these articles apply to enclosed and covered establishments used for physical and sporting activities, and in particular :

• sports halls ;

• Physical education and sports rooms;

• specialized sports halls ;

• ice rinks ;

• rides ;

• covered, convertible and mixed pools;

• multi-purpose sports halls with an activity area of less than 1,200 m² and a ceiling height of 6.50 m or more, where the number of people admitted is greater than or equal to one of the following figures:

• 100 people in the basement;

• 100 people on floors, galleries and other elevated...
