4. Mezzanine and corbelled floor additions
The installation of separating floors in existing buildings often poses the problem of the span and intensity of loads added to existing structures by the new floor.
The steel honeycomb beams used to support this type of floor are an excellent solution for easily spanning spans of 10 to 15 m with reduced visual impact thanks to their openings. Coupled with a dry floor, these beams offer the advantage of reduced dead weight (figure
