In general, instead of the simple definition of the passive scalar of the relation (6) , we prefer :

$Z = \frac{1}{ϕ + 1} [ϕ \frac{Y_{F}}{Y_{F}^{\infty}} - \frac{Y_{O}}{Y_{O}^{\infty}} + 1]$
