Overload protection

Given the technical provisions in place, only individual branches are protected against overloads:

• in the case of a power-limited connection, by the general control and protection device;

• in the case of a power-monitored connection, by the fuse located immediately upstream of the metering device. The conductor cross-section is coordinated with the rating of this fuse.

The sizing rules for collective piping make overloading unlikely.
