4.1 Keep a frequent watch on your products in use
It's important that you keep a close eye on substances and mixtures already classified as category 3 under DSD and category 2 under CLP (EC Regulation 1272/2008). These products are likely to be upgraded to a higher category, which will entail new management constraints.
4.2 Keep product information up to date
Contact your product suppliers regularly to obtain the latest versions of SDSs. Knowledge about the hazards of substances evolves periodically....
