Bibliographic data identifies documents of various types (journals, articles, patents, theses, reports, conference proceedings, books, audiovisuals, etc.) whose original publications are scattered throughout the world. To identify the documents of interest to a given subject, the user has :

• cataloguing (title, authors, original publication source reference) ;

• indexing...
