Relationship between ICPE regulations and other regulations

The purpose of town planning regulations is to define the conditions under which land may be occupied within a given municipality. They are independent of ICPE regulations, and are therefore additional to your environmental protection obligations. You will be confronted with this if the opening of your facility requires the construction of buildings.

You'll need to check that the building site is located in a zone that can be built on, and that ICPEs can be set up in this zone. You will also need to obtain a building permit (Tool ...
