4. Our advice
Risks are omnipresent within an organization. They can take many different forms and have diverse origins, both internal and external. Groups of people working on risk management must take this diversity into account. This is why it is important to carefully consider the choice of stakeholders and the tools to be implemented. It is therefore necessary to have at least one representative from each stakeholder group involved in the risk management process. This representative may have a more or less important role in the working groups (implementation, consultation, expertise, etc.).
