Although not compulsory, this step is essential to optimize the results of the Bilan Carbone®.
Before even starting, it is important to explain the approach and its benefits, in order to promote the study's acceptability and the support of the stakeholders who will be involved both in carrying out the assessment (data collection) and in implementing improvement actions (best practices, etc.).
The public concerned may be :
