Diagnosis of subsoil quality - Principle and uncertainties

In a market that is still in its infancy in France, but has reached maturity in the United States and Northern Europe, experience shows that there is a close link between the quality of a diagnosis and the cost of requalification work. This interdependence is economically significant. Underestimating the value of diagnostic studies (cost of investigation) generally leads to significant cost overruns when it comes to requalification work.
