3. Implement a corrective action plan
The corrective action plan is put in place to deal with regulatory deviations or non-compliances. It specifies the objectives sought, provides for compliance actions, defines priority actions, estimates the financial and technical means to implement possible improvements, sets a timetable and defines the people responsible for its implementation within the company.
The corrective action plan is not an end in itself, as it must be implemented and monitored.
