sulfur compounds: hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, sulfides, disulfides... ;
nitrogen compounds: ammonia, amines, heterocycles (indole, scatole) ;
oxygenated compounds: organic acids (volatile fatty acids), aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, esters ;
other molecules: hydrocarbons (aliphatic, cyclic)...
