5. The difference between a standard order and a ministerial order

The standard decree (Tool Picto outil 2 ) has the same function as the ministerial decree, i.e. to regulate the operation of a classified facility subject to declaration, and only this one.

In fact, this is the "ancestor" of the ministerial decree, referring to old nomenclature heading numbers before the nomenclature was changed to 4-digit numbers.
