Correct use of PPE

Certain PPE are subject to periodic regulatory inspections, in addition to the checks to be carried out by users prior to use, on the recommendation of the manufacturer or employer.

Articles R. 4323-99 to R. 4323-104 of Code du travail specify that for certain categories of PPE, periodic checks on the good condition of PPE are compulsory, that they must be carried out by qualified personnel, and that the results of these checks must be recorded.
