A design conceived in a hurry can lead to new risks, or to activity slowdowns that disrupt work. For this reason, the validation stage must be appropriate to the scale of the changes.
6.2 Don't start adding PPE and EPC before you've studied the priority actions.
In fact, EPC and PPE should only be proposed when all preventive measures have already been studied and the residual exposure level remains high.
