3. Set up communications with update data sources

There are many sources of information, and you need to identify them (see [FIC 0170] ):

external and internal documents (SDS, registers, regulations, etc.) ;
databases, in particular: data describing logistics and production flows, databases on products and substances ;
entities or managers: purchasing, production, design office, maintenance, new works;
in the field (site visit).

Once you've identified your information sources, you need to link them periodically...
