Restricted zones
Defined areas within which strategic research or production activities are carried out and which must be protected because of their importance to the competitiveness of the establishment or the nation.
Business intelligence
According to Christian Harbulot, the systematic search for and interpretation of information accessible to all, in order to decipher the intentions of players and identify their capabilities. It includes all surveillance operations on the competitive environment (protection, watch, influence) and differs from traditional intelligence in the nature of its field of application, since it concerns open information, and therefore requires compliance with a credible code of ethics.
