1. Pre-treatment techniques

The all-water septic tank is a pretreatment device for domestic wastewater (all black water and household wastewater) that has two primary roles:

retention of solids (hydraulic settling and flotation phenomena);
hydrolysis (solubilization) and methanization (gasification) of the sludge produced, due to the retention of solids (biological phenomena of anaerobic digestion).
