5. Mistakes to avoid
The PPRT project is subject to a public inquiry. During this phase of the procedure, the investigating commissioner receives the public, answers questions and ensures that public comments are recorded. We recommend that you meet with the investigating commissioner to explain your facility's operations and resolve any stumbling blocks. What is at stake is the content of the opinion that will be issued by the investigating commissioner, at the end of the public inquiry, on the content of the PPRT.
