Drawing up health and safety instructions (NHS)

The "health and safety" leaflet:

• is mandatory for classified activities subject to prefectoral authorization;

• is to be established prior to the start of these activities.

The single document, the result of a professional risk assessment:

• is mandatory for all companies, regardless of size or activity;

• is to be established at the start of the activity and renewed every year or following an accident, a professional illness... ;

• is made available to members of the health, safety and working conditions committee or equivalent bodies, employee representatives and the labor inspector.
