6. Contents of a POI: the main chapters
The content of an internal operations plan, although strongly linked to the activity and organization of the industrial site, has a common base, made up of major chapters, which it is worth specifying here.
6.1 POI structure
The POI must be a simple, practical and operational tool. To make it easy to use, it should be arranged in "chronological" order. Diagrams, warning messages and contact information, for example, are best placed at the beginning of the document, while plans or process views can be placed further down.
It is also recommended that the cards be mobile and extractable, so that they can be used for note-taking, exchanged between the various participants during the event, or reproduced if necessary.
