Starting with the life cycle file for the classified facility subject to declaration, and the regulatory and technical compendium, you check the status of the facility point by point. For example, you check that hazardous product storage facilities have been mentioned in the declaration file, that stock levels are up to date, that retention tanks exist and are well maintained, and that waste from these facilities is collected and disposed of in an environmentally-friendly manner.
