1. What is the difference between the concept and the scope of delegation of authority?
A delegation of authority is a legal act by which a person (the delegator) relinquishes part of his powers and transfers them to a subordinate person (the delegatee).
The delegate then assumes the obligations and responsibility associated with the powers delegated to him/her.
