Mobile and stationary hydrogen applications in the energy transition

The Paris conference held in 2015 resulted in agreements to reduce greenhouse gas releases worldwide. The aim is to limit the rise in average temperature to 1.5°C by 2100. To achieve this, it will be necessary to keep carbon dioxide emissions below 40 Gt.year ^–1 . However, these emissions already reached 37 Gt.year ^–1 in 2018, and projections suggest that they could exceed 55 Gt.year ^–1 in 2030.
