1. Supply chain performance
The aim of this first section is to define the notion of supply chain performance. First, we define the "supply chain" system within which a company must seek performance, due to the transverse nature of logistics flows. We then present the two main indicators - cost and service - that enable a company to assess the performance of its supply chain.
