INTRODUCTION
The concepts of reverse logistics were described in the article
. We will now give a concrete example of the implementation of reverse logistics in a company. The case under consideration is that of a printer manufacturer. The sector of activity is that of computer hardware. Our study mainly concerns electrical and electronic equipment.
This sector is particularly interesting because it's a fast-growing one, in which some companies have already implemented reverse logistics. Indeed, a manufacturer of IT equipment is able to make substantial savings on the raw materials it can reuse (just as in the automotive sector).
For this research, we put ourselves in the shoes of a logistician who has been entrusted by a company with a feasibility study on the implementation of reverse logistics.
