2. Continuing professional development
Continuing vocational training is defined by article L. 900-1 of the French Labor Code, some of the basic elements of which are outlined below.
"...Continuing vocational training....compasses initial training and further training for adults and young people who are already working or entering the workforce. These subsequent training courses constitute continuing vocational training.
