ABSTRACT
Within the industrial framework, the Facility Management projects meet an objective of financial and operational optimization of the production support functions and the operation of the site. Many support activities are encompassed within these projects. Most Facilities Management contracts include management, operation and maintenance activities (technical systems, production and energy supply equipment, infrastructure), as well as the activities linked to the security-safety of the site. These correspond in terms of implementation, management and realization to very different activities with their set of specificities (techniques and technologies, regulation, social aspects, etc.).
