The Observatoire de l'intranet confirms the significant inflection of the intranet in the perspective of Enterprise 2.0. In today's mature companies, the intranet is seen as a global system (figure 23), which requires both its overall technological dimension and its social complexity to be taken into account. The systemic approach to the intranet is therefore part of a holistic, human-centered approach.
