Surveys and reports on expatriates

Two surveys, one by the CCIP and the other by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE, DFAE), give us a better idea of who these expatriates are (see the sites listed in Pour en savoir plus).

Background and challenges

The first started from the current phenomenon of brain and capital drain due to successive tax shocks inflicted on the French since 2012. This is not our subject, which is rather expatriation as part of a corporate strategy, but it must be taken into account.
