Compose your team according to major personality categories

The aim is to identify people with the following functions:

• decision-making: they can determine and sanction the objectives by associating the means, and put an end to the project (success or failure);

• coordination: they lead the group, create links and monitor the progress of tasks;

• production: they carry out the actions.

The same person may perform all these functions at different stages of the project, or in different work packages.
