PRINCE2 certification is a major asset for any project manager, offering:

• global recognition and validation of project management skills on an international scale;

• enhancing skills and providing a thorough understanding of project management.

It is available at two levels: PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

• The PRINCE2 Foundation course covers the theoretical aspects of the methodology. It teaches participants the key principles of the methodology and the steps required to plan and manage a project. Passing the exam for this course is a prerequisite for advancing to the PRINCE2 Practitioner level.
