3.1 Agenda
Communicated in advance to the participants, it must be precise and include :
an update on the progress of "achieved" versus "planned";
milestone validation ;
review of proposals for continuing the stage and the project (corrective and preventive measures), and requests for modifications;
a request to make a decision.
