The cheapest organizations, or welder qualifications that don't match your reality, won't keep you in business. Theoretical knowledge is often disregarded, and only practical experience is emphasized.
The difference between metal welding, where the difficulties are known and mastered, and plastic welding, where everything seems easy, lies in understanding all the parameters involved: the aim being to anticipate any assembly difficulties.
Application is simpler than with metal, but in the event of poor adhesion, the diagnosis will be much more subtle. So you need to acquire a methodology for reasoning.
