6. Industrial scale-up: pre-production - How to proceed?

Once all the product/process/process definition stages have been completed, it's time to validate the production tool:

  • machines and tools ;

  • workstations ;

  • their integration into the production line;

  • plant integration (including workshop logistics and in-plant and out-plant logistics).

The purpose of pre-series production is to validate production tools and provide a guarantee of satisfactory, consistent quality.

6.1 Preseries phase 1
