8. Mistakes to avoid

Designing a product without having all the information: a lack of details about the user's needs or changes in the market, legislation, country policy, etc., can lead you into a functional analysis that will have served no purpose, if it doesn't correspond to the user's needs.

Eventually, if you have a large sales force, you can use the market launch directly to test your product. It's up to you to set up a cell to investigate and gather user feedback. Then react accordingly to reposition the product.
